What does ONDADOT charge?

We offer an all-inclusive revenue cycle management, medical billing service package that includes full charge entry, payment posting, insurance follow-up and denial management. Unlimited Electronic and Paper Claims plus add-ons.

We have a Fixed Rate Pricing.
We do not charge setup Fees.

What are the steps to get started?

It's Simple!
1. Fill up our contact form here 2. Upon submission, we will contact you within 24 hours, to discuss possibilites. 3. If you think we can be of use, let's get you started. 4. Then we start the set-up! And get you started in a week or two!

Transition won't affect your Operations

Can ONDADOT use my exising billing software?

Yes. If you prefer to continue using your billing software but want to use our services, we will set up remote access to your in-house software and we start billing for your office immediately. If your office is using a cloud-based software, you just need to share your login credentials and we take it from there.

What if I don't have a billing software?

We can set you up using our billing software at no set up cost.

Where do payments go when claims are reimbursed?

All payments go directly to you or for some insurance who sends the payments to patients, we keep track of every claim and collect it for you.
Our system and business process includes setting up your EFT/ERA.

What about Patient Billing Inquiries?

Technically, we will be your Billing Department, part of it is assisting your patients with billing questions. We know the impression we leave with your patients makes an impact on their impression of your practice. We provide a team of specialized customer care professionals to respond to billing inquiries. There is no additional charge to you for this service.* - *Billing patient out-of-pocket or copays is not applicable

Has your company ever been investigated in a fraud case?

Ondadot has never been investigated in a fraud or abuse case.

How is the workload distributed?

Each client is assigned a dedicate Billing Coordinator who is managed by an Account Manager who oversees an entire team of billing experts that are reliable, knowledgeable and proven to work.

Why do you offer flat-fee pricing?

Our goal is to help you reduce cost, increase your revenue if we're taking a percentage of off your bottomline, I don't think we're helping you reduce your cost nor increase your revenue. Our technology and business process allow us to provide competitive pricing.
